Missy: You can just plug in the song title to google (or via Spotify/Apple Music) and you can look up the lyrics in a sec. Appropriateness is subjective, and you have to make that decision yourself.

By clicking and holding the flat Oculus button on the left controller you can turn on the option to make the floating mat larger and less transparent.

I had been using my employer’s Peloton bikes 3-4 times a week, but since we’ve been forced to work remotely, I hadn’t really done anything. My weight inched up to an all-time high and I started to move around like a 70-year-old double hip replacement patient. I was about to turn 50.

Enough, I decided. My wife was using Supernatural, so I started doing the same during my lunch break, about 45 minutes of exercise a shot. I’m now in my 21st “streak” week of at least three sessions (I usually put in 5 or 6), plus some core strength training routines (Carline Girvan on YouTube), and I’m down from 257 to 224, even with added muscle.

Of course, I’m eating much smarter as well, but I’ve made Supernatural a cornerstone of my routines, and it’s working like a charm.
